Sunday Morning - “To Fight the Fight”
Good morning and happy Sunday…
“To Fight the Fight”
Always focused, in pursuit of and trying to achieve,
But what is it that I truly believe?
Is it my path, is it in the man above,
Will I ever understand true unconditional love?
Praying more than ever, searching harder than before,
What will I find if I am able to unlock the door?
Will I find the answer that I am searching for,
Or just more unanswerable questions I won’t be able to ignore?
There are many blessings in my life,
Yet around each turn I see my familiar friend, called strife.
The chance to fight the fight is all I hope and pray,
Without that, I would find complete and utter disarray.
To chin up, move forward, believe and carry on,
Holding on to His faith is why we are all called upon…
