harmonious balance

The only thing I love more than being affected, is affecting others.
It comes down to sharing our stories, our gifts, our blessings and our challenges.
Listening to others, learning and growing.
Doing your best and then simply letting go.

peace & God bless

Good morning and I hope this finds you healthy and happy… :-)I often feel very repetitive in what I say, share, preach, and speak on. But I truly feel the best way to learn, grasp, understand or get good at anything is through repetition. We truly never know why we are going through what we are going through, why a challenge comes across our path or how we will change or grow after the test has been passed. I’ve often used the analogy that every test (battle) that we encounter is a chance to build our personal amour; which is truly for the next inevitable test/battle.  Even when I start training a new client, I tell them all they need is one thing that will motivate them or inspire them to have consistency with frequency. But everyone I’ve trained will at one time or another, share with me a personal little victory that surprised them along their path, that inevitably helped them to continue down their fitness path. It comes down to faith. Why am I going through this? Believe, trust there is a reason, even if you cannot see it clearly – faith. Once you have made it through that difficult time, day, moment in life, clarity will be your gift for deeming yourself worthy of fighting the fight and passing the test. Once there, you may discover that you went through what you went through just so you could have a different perspective. A different perspective that you now will hopefully use for the test that is now present on your path. You will also experience little cool, special moments that will aid in your fight, inspire you to continue and inevitably guide you further down your path. What I had been experiencing was a true test, much like many people have in their lives. I fought the fight and had some very challenging days, sprinkled with some very cool unexpected moments. All of which, with no grey area at all, made me a better, stronger person. My relationship with God is better than ever. I feel more at peace and more calm than ever. And God had moved many of the people in my family. IT was a very wonderful feeling.Four hours after I had reached that feeling. I received a phone call from my mother that my big sis, Tami, was being rushed in an ambulance to the emergency room, where she has been since Thursday; fighting her fight. It became so clear to me, that what I had been through was to simply get to a place where was then able to handle this new challenge, test, battle. I didn’t know why I was being tested so hard. I had no idea what I was supposed to be learning, definitely didn’t think I was going to benefit from that time, nor be rewarded and then tested so shortly after. But, I believe it is all in His plan. Having newly acquired faith in that, has made me who I am and why I know “This too shall pass…”  peace & God blesstjd
