I never thought…
I never thought I would be so blessed,
I never thought I would fail so many tests…
I never thought that I would live where I live,
I never thought it would be so difficult to forgive…
I never thought I would have such a wonderful family,
I never thought within that, there could be so much adversity…
I never thought I would be so successful,
I never thought the path I chose would be so stressful…
I never thought I would be this confident and strong,
I never thought with so many decisions made, I would be wrong…
I never thought I could fly so high,
I never thought of all the tears I would cry…
I never thought I would finally be free,
I never thought I would be afraid to this degree…
I never thought I would pray and need Him so much,
I never thought my life would be so empty without His touch…
