We will push ourselves and ask everything of our bodies. When you get sore, achey, tired, drained, stressed, a large know in your back, these are signs that our bodies are simply asking us for its “turn”… What it wants is simple; time off, rest, water, a hot bath, more sleep, a massage, stress management. These are ways to “love & appreciate” your body. Give your body a “hug”, do it often & always remember “If you do not listen to your body” sooner or later you will not have a choice…
