Sunday Morning - “Be Aware”
Good morning & I hope this finds you smiling… :-)
I often use exercise as an analogy for life. When training my clients I often remind them to listen to their body, ask their body permission and to simply be aware of their body and keep the communication line open. Which means continued focus on that connection. When my clients start telling me what they did or didn’t do on their own to deal with something they were feeling in their body, I completely feel successful as their trainer. They have learned one of the most important lessons, that of being aware of their body.
As in life, what if we were more aware? What if we were more aware of: our surroundings, our beliefs and values, where we wanted to live, where we wanted to work, how others felt, especially the ones closest to us? The list could go on about how our daily life would improve if we just focused on being more aware. Once again, the more we are repetitive in this practice, the better we will become at it. Hence, making us better!
It’s all along the same path…
“Walk slow, breathe, find calm, rest in peace, be aware, take your time”
May you make being aware a priority in your life and receive the rewards that He will bless you with…
