harmonious balance

The only thing I love more than being affected, is affecting others.
It comes down to sharing our stories, our gifts, our blessings and our challenges.
Listening to others, learning and growing.
Doing your best and then simply letting go.

peace & God bless

permalink Good morning & happy Sunday! I wrote this to a friend one day. After I wrote it I kept part of it. Recently I found it & reread it. I cannot remember what my friend was going through but the words seemed to almost fit any situation. Hoping you may find it relevant as well :-) Ok, here it is….Many of us move along with small hopes, dreams, wishes and expectations. We are very familiar with damage control, not success. So we don’t want to get too excited about anything; expectation leads to frustration. But, we are emotional needing creative spirits who solely want to DO GOOD and be appreciated! And yet we try diligently to distract ourselves from truly believing that ourselves. We find a pretty peaceful path; some laughs, and try to deny that we want something special. But as we grow, we re-learn winning. It is finding peace amongst ourselves, being okay with whom we are, the pace of our life and the direction. Everything else will happen as it is suppose to, when it should, whether we think it should or not. Thinking about it, worrying about it or being afraid, won’t change anything,We are here because we want to be. When we don’t want to be, may we be blessed with the faith and vision of finding that which will move and inspire us.There will come a time to throw off the band-aids and face the fight. You will have to slowly, patiently grow through this next life lesson, whether you want too or not. Just be the best that you can be and have faith in believing “This too shall pass.” Continue to learn, grow, discover and reflect which will give you the perspective for the next leg of this magical journey…“When the water gets narrowest on the river, it gets the most turbulent. Just past this is a grand opening where the water is calm, smooth like glass and peace is present there…”
